Con las variedades Listán Negro y Negramoll, vendimiadas durante la primera quincena de octubre, y realizando una cuidada selección, se elabora este vino tinto, despalillando la uva que pasará unos 15 días en contacto con sus hollejos, a una temperatura de fermentación de 25ºC.

Vino tinto rojo cereza, de capa media-alta con reflejos granate. En fase olfativa es intenso, con notas de fruta roja, pimiento, balsámicos, tonos a torrefactos y recuerdo varietal. En boca es intenso, con presencia, sabroso y de buena estructura.

Con el fin de respetar todas sus características naturales, este vino no ha sido sometido a procesos de estabilización ni filtración, por lo que en esta botella podrían aparecer precipitados.

A red wine produced from a variety of "Listán Negro" and Negramoll grape, harvested in the first half of October picked and selected carefully. The grapes become ripe and ferment in contact with the cask in a temperature of 25º (approximately 2 weeks).

Ein Rotwein aus den Rebsorten Listán Negro und negramoll, geerntet in der ersten Oktoberhälfte und sorgfältig ausgewählt. Die Trauben werden entstielt und etwa zwei Wochen lang im Kontakt mit den Schalen bei einer Temperatur von 25º fermentiert.

Kirschroter hochklassiger Wein mit granatreflexen. Sein Duft ist würzig und intensive mit Noten von roten Früchten, Pfeffer und dem rebeigenem Aroma. Der Geschmack ist wohlstrukturiert, voll und körperreich.

Um seinen natürlichen Charakter zu bewahren, wird dieser Wein keinen stabilisierungs oder Filterprozessen unterworfen, so dass in der Flasche ablagerungen auftreten können.
